Federal Guidelines

In compliance with federal guidelines, all district students receive an Iowa Eligibility application at registration.

District parents who meet the requirements may submit this confidential application for free or reduced price breakfast and lunches. Only one application per family is needed.

After you have filled out the form online, please print and mail the form to:
